5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in USDT or other agreed cryptocurrencies
• Payment is due according to the agreed schedule in your service agreement
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of specific results or outcomes
• Promises of uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services, including but not limited to token price appreciation, trading volume increases, or successful fundraising outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIE NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
